Unquoted Companies
Our focus is on providing development capital for companies that have previously raised funds from friends and family. The companies' businesses are established and they have clear plans for growth. Companies often undertake three or four rounds of private financing before considering admission to AIM or an alternative equity market for smaller companies.
We do also support start-up and early-stage businesses, particularly if companies appear likely to meet the criteria of our investment template.
